Genna Pendergras is a partner with Wilkinson Pendergras & Beard, L.P. Ms. Pendergras graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. She is licensed as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Texas and New Mexico with over 15 years of experience in real estate appraising. Genna is experienced in appraising all types of commercial property with specialization in estate and business planning, litigation, purchase price allocation, subdivision development and market analysis. She is currently a candidate for Designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Ms. Pendergras has actively served in various organizations and boards to include the Junior League of El Paso, Insights Science Museum, St. Matthew Catholic School and is a graduate of Leadership El Paso Class XXXVI. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the El Paso Estate Planning Council.
